NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rockford City Council will conduct a Public Hearing Monday, March 13, 2017, in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 7 South Monroe Street, at or about 7:00 p.m. for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Application by 202 North Monroe, LLC and related rezoning for property located at 184, 200, 202 and 220 N. Monroe Street, and described as:

Land situated in the City of Rockford, Kent County, Michigan:

The 202 North Monroe, LLC PUD Application and related information, is available for public review at the City Hall, 7 South Monroe Street, Rockford, Michigan, during regular business hours. All aspects of the 202 North Monroe, LLC PUD Application will be open for discussion at the public hearing. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
